Delicate crepes filled with mixed berries, honey-drizzled peaches and spiced apples topped with whip cream and a sprinkling of powdered sugar.

Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad
Smoked chicken breast, cranberries, grapes, granny smith apple, pecans & a romaine spinach blend on thinly sliced sprouted-grain bread.

Hummus Veggie
Hummus, pepper jack cheese, long grain rice, white corn, black beans & asparagus, red onions, romaine lettuces, tomatoes & peppercorn dressing in a garlic herb tortilla.

Bacon-Spinach salad
Baby spinach, bacon, candied pecans, red onion, avocado, gorgonzola & citrus vinaigrette.

Fruity Spinach Salad
Baby spinach, seedless red grapes, apples, feta cheese, dates, toasted pine nuts and seasonal fresh berries & raspberry vinaigrette.

Thai Chicken salad
Smoked chicken, a romaine spinach blend, won-tons, sesame seeds, carrots, cilantro, scallions & Thai peanut dressing.

Almond-Tofu Salad
Marinated tofu served over a bed of fresh spinach, lettuce and red cabbage, topped with mandarin orange slices, avocado, shredded carrots, shredded beets, red onions, toasted almonds and citrus dressing.

Tango Salad with smoked chicken
A medley of fresh vegetables over a bed of mixed greens, kale, and baby spinach, topped with shredded carrots, shredded beets, green peas, corn, and toasted almonds.  Served with brown rice, hummus dip and smoked chicken breast with your choice of dressing.

Garden Salad
A mixture of green leaf lettuce and wild greens, tomato, cucumber, shredded carrots, shredded beets, red onions, topped with sunflower seeds, corn and green peas, with your choice of dressing. (Smoked chicken or Marinated tofu on request.)

Greek Salad
Romaine and butter lettuce, feta cheese, tomato, cucumber, red onion, shredded beets, shredded carrots, Greek olives, topped with toasted sesame seeds, pine nuts.

Kale & Apple Slaw
Fresh kale, cucumber & green apple slaw, tossed in a minty yogurt dressing.
