After RT!

So, just back from RT Booklovers and boy, they weren't kidding. The name of the convention is spot on. So many awesome books. Here's just a small sample of the actual books I have to look forward to.  I didn't include the ebooks and many other promo items for authors I'm looking forward to reading.  

I decided to attend the convention at the last moment and wasn't sure what to expect.  I'm happy to report that everyone was so friendly and welcoming.  I went from a singleton not knowing anyone at the event to connecting with some awesome authors and readers.  On top of meeting people, it was just fun attending the events.  

Here's my setup from RT.  It was nice to have a little setup so people could see what I'm working on.  

I passed out a couple 'Fallen Angels' shirts. Did you get one?  ;D  I still have a couple to pass around, but holding onto them for now.  Interested in a shirt?  I might have your size. :D  

Dresden wants to know WTF happened to his nap spot and who dared put all books there!

I've started finding everyone I was lucky enough to meet on various social media locations. I'm looking forward to learning more about all the people in the reader/writer community.  I'll also be reading through the books, so look for my monthly read-list.  

Looking forward to BookLovers Con next year. Bigger and better costumes for me. ;)  Maybe.  I need to think about how much room I'll need to get all those books home!

Reading Order

“Where do I start?”

It’s a question I usually ask when someone recommends a new author to me.

My stories are made to fit together.  If I do this right, there will be big, epic, awesomeness <TM> as all lines converge. At least there will adventures (good and bad) for all involved.  Some books you can read out of order without the risk of spoilers, but others really work better in sequence. (As of April 2018)

Although I recommend reading about Ursa, you can jump in at Blood Feathers (Forbidden Secrets). After that point in the series you might run into spoilers.

Lies that Blind (Spirit Beasts) and An End to Summer (Spirit Lands) can be read at any point. The stories don’t hinge on the later or earlier books of any series as of the posting of this timeline. They share characters with the other series that will give you glimpses into things to come, or provide insight on things that happened.

All Thorns Eve (Gems) and Heart Bound (Forbidden Secrets) should be read after Dangerous Seduction, but can be interchanged in the reading order.

Happy New Year! 2016 Edition

I didn't do such a good job keeping up with the blog on the site.   I plan to do better this coming year. 

I haven't wanted to post much here because I'm re-working my story and it's been a little stalled lately.  I've also been writing a lot more erotica/romance and post it on a different site as well.  This is not a very efficient way to keep in touch with readers though.  

So, I'm thinking of starting up an 'adult' section on this site where I can put my stories involving those erotica/romance characters and have it up.

On the other hand, do I want everyone to see into my naughty mind?

I have been debating on having my blog here or elsewhere.  I really like having the ability to drive people to this site and to introduce them to the characters and answer questions people might have.  On the flip side, I want to keep this as a story-only site so I'm balanced strangely on the middle ground.  I'm going to try to see if this blog will work for both.
